Populate related all related cells based on a single criteria

Hello all,

I'm trying to set up a formula that will populate all cells that are related to a single criteria. For example, I want to be able to enter a single store from a drop-down list and have all other stores from that store's district populated below or to the right of it in order to compare them. I guess it would be like a "VLOOKUPALL" type function. I have no experience using VBA or Macros, but I'm willing to try if need be. Any suggestions?

If this is what you are trying to achieve, then you will obviously have to change the ranges in the formulas to suit your layout.
