[Power BI] Wrong calculation of %

Hello,

I'm new with Power BI tool. I'm going to create my first formula in DAX but finally I can see that result is wrong. Here is my formula

Excel Formula:
COQ = SUM('Raw data'[tot_cost])/SUM('LE WK34'[PV])

As I understand, everything is devided by full SUM from PV columnt in LE WK34 table but this SUM isn't filtered by column fin_style_id & column tot_cost is filtered. Below sketch of the report & connections.

Can you please help me & indicate what I'm doing wrong ?
