prevent auto scaling of header and footer when printing

Is there a way to prevent the Header and Footer from Autoscaling when I am printing?

Dilema:

Putting together a budget for board presentation which is a workbook of about 100 tabs. Each tab is sized correctly. Would like headers and footers to appear consistently throughout the document. Currently-They Jump due to scaling of the font.

Any help would be appreciated...
