Problem on web query with parameter

Hello everyone,

I have some problems on Yahoo web queries.

If I try to do a web query by entering the http, then it is ok, I can select relevant table and extract it. For example:

http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=0001.HK&ql=0

If I want to introduce a parameter into the http, like ["num"], then I cannot select the tables, for example,

http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=["num"].HK&ql=0

Are there any methods to do a dynamic web query on yahoo finance? Or I have to use a VB macro to do so?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
