Producing a plotted graph in Excel 2016 for given data

Hi, I am a novice and am struggling with the below. Any help on this is highly appreciated please.

The first chart is a line chart. You can see the source data I am using and the series in the following picture.

The second chart is a xy scatter chart with straight lines.

You don't need a workbook, the images above show you how they are built.

Thank you again Oscar. Could you as well advise on how to Convert the table into a modeller/ready reckoner that provides for modelling additional PO columns AND additional #lines rows

I believe you have to manually add additional series to your chart.
