Pulling data from an auto-refreshed pivot table

Hi,

I am looking to build a report from multiple pivot tables and I wish to build a summary table, with data pulled off from these tables.

The catch is that the pivot tables are linked to an external data source, which changes regularly. I am actually looking to get values at a particular date, but keep the rest of the report updating itself.

Any clues on how I could achieve this?
