Hello
I am trying figure out the best way to figure out how to get the total # of rates per title in a given range. the rate ranges are uneven intervals.
ex
master sheet
a list of titles column A
a list of different rates column B
sheet 2
has the list of titles no dupes
and the rate ranges vary (11.75-14.74)(14.75-18.74)(18.75-23.99)etc
