Re-adjust starting dates depending on time remaining in project

I have a training program with a fixed end date and 14 tasks associated with it
The tasks have starting dates calculated across the time allowed.
I need a formula that will recalculate the starting dates of the remaining tasks as others are completed
I have a calculation that gives me the remaining days left.
The formula needs to look for the word "Completed" and discount those cells form the equation, then change the starting dates to be equally divided across the remaining tasks
I can divide the days by the tasks left, giving me the number of days per task, but how do I change that into starting dates.
Any help or questions for clarity will be most welcome.
