Read data from text file to excel using VBA

Dear Frend

I have a text file(Name.txt) having following data and i want to copy colored data in to excel sheet in different columns

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
