Hello,
I am trying to adapt this code, which reads shell output. There are many different approaches how to do it, but this one adds unique feature - Excel does not hang while it waits for the console program to complete its execution. But I don't understand how to get the response. Here is my Excel file.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Ok, I would be happy with any solution that would read shell output and errorlevel. For example, I want to read from what I see by pressing Win+R and typing cmd /k ping bbc.com && echo %errorlevel%. As you can see, there are two commands: 1) ping and 2) echo. All the solutions I have tried do not support &&.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, my mistake, forget about cmd /k ping bbc.com && echo %errorlevel%.

Open cmd, then:
1) type ping bbc12345.com
2) type echo %errorlevel%

I need to get that errorlevel which in this case equals 1.
