Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
JOHN007, Good morning.

Try to use:

=MID(A1, 3, 100)*1

Is that what you want?

I hope it helps.

JOHN007, Good morning.

The suggested formula does exactly what was requested following the model presented.

In your new example besides removing any existing alphabets in the cell you want the result to be number or text?

Because to stay 0025 will have to be text.

In the previous example it seemed that a number result was desired.
