How do you remove blanks from an array? I want to summarize data in Columns to eventually transpose the data into rows, but can't figure out how to remove the blanks in a quick/non-manual way.

The data is configured similar to the following -- with blank cells being noted with XXX:
ABCDEF
1johngroup1xxxgroup3group4group5
2kellygroup1xxxxxxgroup4xxx
3chrisgroup1group2xxxxxxgroup5
4terigroup1xxxgroup3xxxgroup5
5samxxxgroup2xxxxxxgroup5

<tbody>
</tbody>

My total Range = A:BX
and Rows = 5:331

Ideally I want the data to look like this:
ABCDEF
1johngroup1group3group4group5
2kellygroup1group4
3chrisgroup1group2group5
4terigroup1group3group5
5samgroup2group5

<tbody>
</tbody>

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
