Replace Number with Another Number

i would like to replace my specific first two-digit number to another number, here a sample REPLACE FORMAT.xlsx

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Excel Formula:
=NUMBERVALUE(REPLACE(A2,1,2,6))

Just checking.. are your first two digits always 60? If not, then you will need to use something like this...

=IF(LEFT(A2,2)="60",0+REPLACE(A2,2,1,""),A2)

How about
Code:
=REPLACE(A1;1;2;6)*1
or
=SUBSTITUTE(A1;LEFT(A1;2);LEFT(A1;1);1)*1
