Rounding to the nearest 10th Millionth and using a decimal

Greetings!

I am trying to figure out how to have Excel round to the nearest decimal and separate the Billions/Millions with a decimal . For example,

I would like 6,026,221,586.4 to become 6.03. Any ideas? Thank you!

I tried that already, but it only rounds to the billionth. I need it rounded to the 10th millionth and the billions separately by a decimal. Any ideas?
