Hello,

I'm using the Analysis tab to pull things from SAP BI - for whatever reason if it goes over a certain number of records, it either disconnects me from SAP Business Objects, or gives me a "no data" message.

What I'm trying to do:

I'm trying to pull all orders for all accounts, so I can count the number of orders. But since there are hundreds of thousand of orders, it refuses to load in. I just need a count of orders per account - is there a way to set that as a setting before I even pull the data, or am I going to have to piece meal this?

Thanks for the help.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Hello,

Do you actually mean you need Excel to count the number of orders ....???

How can such an allegedly brilliant piece of software such as SAP cannot produce such a simple metric ...!!!
