Schedule creating help for youth sports

Trying to create a custom schedule to manage a basketball team.

What I would like to do is have a list of drills with a description and amount of time to complete the drill. I would then click a set of drills to fill a 2 hour practice

If possible I would also like the drills I select to appear on another page to print their descriptions and possibly an image associated with them.

Is Excel my best bet or something else like a database software?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Sort by date Sort by votes
