Hi All,

Need your kind support,

KPI Weight = 15%
Measure = <95% = 0% | = 98% = 12% | >99% = 15%
Score = 96% = ??

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Your definition of the measure is not clear when the score changes

Try this

Assume KPI weight is in cell A1

Then score =

=LOOKUP(A1,{-1E-99,0.95,0.98,0.99},{0,0.12,0.12,0.15})

Thanks Special-K99,

Was aiming in the measure to show the calculation, as more clarification, I was looking for the linear equation that for scoring from 95% to 98% still can get a score out of the Weight reaching 98% scoring [12%].

Thanks again for the support.
