search cell content, find word in text that matches a column of single terms (1 word / row)

Hi, need a pointer how to search cell.value (text) in range - column A and find the first word that matches a word in column B containing a single term/row - returning the row number in column B that the term appears in.

Thanks for any help

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
