Sending numerous E-mails from Access VBA

I am attempting to send numerous E-mails from a table in my Access Database. One of the fields in the table consists of a E-mail address. I basically want to automate this so a macro will E-mail all of the records in the table. So using the E-mail address field in the table to occupy the To: in the Email. <o></o>

(The table has previously been created to match the criteria set by the user).<o></o>
<o></o>
Any help would be largely appreciated as I am struggling big time!!<o></o>
