What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Hi,

Just select Y Axes Option,
In Minimum option put your starting time ie 7
In Units for Major put as 0.15

the attached screen will help you. I am not sure as which version of excel you are using.

Thanks for the reply, managed to do it by setting better values by finding out the value of the times I wanted and using that
