Setting up a Signature field to lock only certain fields?

Background
I have a .xlsm excel spreadsheet. Grids are overlaid on the form in such a way that each relevant field box can have data inputted into it. I also have TWO signature fields, one for the party that is sending the form out, the other for the people that are receiving the form.

Question
Currently, when a signature is stamped onto the spreadsheet, it locks all the fields in that spreadsheet other than the other signature field. This is irrespective of which signature field I sign first. I want to know if there's a way to set it up so that excel only locks certain fields in the sheet upon signing a specific signature field.

Is this doable? And if so, how?

Example
I have two signature fields, sig1 and sig2.
-If I sign sig1 I want it to lock all the administrative/financial data-entry fields in the form, this includes the address, name, phone number, account balance, etc. of the recipient I am sending the form to.
-If I sign sig2 I want it to lock all the 'comments' sections of the form. I will have fields such as - were you satisfied with the goods and services? (checkbox) Is there an updated point of contact we could reach you at? (long text) etc.
