Share one excel document with multiple users but keep private to each

Hi.

I want to share sales forecasts with several factories in one excel sheet but I don’t want them to see each others’ data. What would be the best way to go about it? Tyia

Just my personal view but be aware that Excel security is weak & any protections you apply can either be unlocked by a competent excel user or by the use of third-party applications.

If you need to keep data confined to specific users, I would strongly suggest that you do not share the main workbook with them and consider creating separate workbooks that contain only their data for them to view.
