Shared Workbook?

Hello,

First timer here in the forum, but I was wondering if it is possible to create a shared workbook within Excel. By this I mean can I create a workbook that a friend has access to and can make changes to. And when he does, those changes appear in my "shared workbook"? I appreciate any help with this.
