Shorter version of SUMPRODUCT function

Let say I have a function like:

SUMPRODUCT((A1:A5)*(B1:B5)*(C1:C5)*(D1:D5)*(E1:E5))

Is there a shorter way to express the range from column A to E?

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
If you use Excel's built in Function tool the formula result would be: =SUMPRODUCT(A1:A5,B1:B5,C1:C5,D1:D5,E1:E5)

I don't know of a way to simplify the formula any further than that.

Yeah, thought the same thing but maybe someone has a workaround for this. You got me, I am looking for something like

Code:
SUMPRODUCT((A1:A5):(E1:E5))

:)

I don't think there is. However, the native way for SUMPRODUCT is faster:

=SUMPRODUCT(A1:A5,B1:B5,C1:C5,D1:D5,E1:E5)
