The whole point of creating and using these signatures is so that yourself and other computers will "trust" any VBA code signed with this signature, so it won't have to prompt you or disable the VBA code.
Just signing it alone does NOT make it trusted by other computers (or else hackers would simply just sign all their code to beat security). The signature must be accpeted on each individual workstation as coming from a trusted source. The good news is that you only need to do this once on each workstation, then any code coming with that signature will be trusted. So, you just need to go through the "Install Certificate" process, and be sure to select the option to trust all code signed with this Certificate.
