I am working on a time table worksheet and I need to insert a time Offset that can range from 5 minutes to an hour with 5 minute increments. The message box or user form will prompt, "How long is your Offset:"

The problem is that I only know how to do make a drop down list that is populated from cells on a sheet. Do I have to use a user form?

Thank you,

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Andrew, I have a time sheet that the user will need to insert a time Offset in between two existing times. The program will shift down the times below and line them up with the times in another column to the right. When they run the routine I need a box to pop up that asks for a duration. I could just use an input box but that would require the user to type it in the correct format and I would have to write something to verify their entry. The workbook is full enough with data validation and I hope to avoid adding more. I would like to use a For Next loop with Step 5 for every five minutes but I guess I will have to create a user form as I don't see any other way.
