Simple graph question

I've been googling this for a while to no avail. I have a graph that has 12 points, each are associated with a certain month. As an example, Sep - 2011 has a value of 2,124,500, and Oct - 2011 has a value of 2,899,941. How do I change the x axis so it shows the months each point is associated with instead of the default numerical values? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hank

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Right Click on your Graph Plot Area and Select Source Data
Click the Series Tab at the Top
Near the bottom you should see Category X-Axis Labels << it is this that lets you change the x-axis. If your Months are in A1 to A12 for example, you just set this section to equal that.

Hi there,

Right click on the chart, goto Source Data and then Series. In the Category (X) axis label field, enter the range where your months are.
