Sort not working

I'm trying to sort by column, which I've done a million times before, but nothing happens with this spreadsheet. Its Excel 2003 and I created the spreadsheet from a PDF document using a PDF converter program. I've done other functions to this spreadsheet to cleam it up, like converting text to columns. Any ideas?

Only suggestion that come me to mind is to select entire sheet, copy and paste in the same sheet.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
