Hello, I'm trying to turn the raw data attached into a sorted format where the job number is the first column and the work description is the first row (see attached). How is a table like the 2nd picture made? This may be a simple question but I could not find the answer. Any help would be much appreciated.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.

None of the data in the left image matches the data in the right image.
But I think that with the pivot table it can help you.
You can find videos on how to create a pivot table.
