Hi,

I have a simple yet infuriating issue! I am trying to sort data that's grouped together in 3 rows across a number of columns, however because the 3 rows at Column A are expanded to make one row, when I sort the data it only shows the top line of the three lines I want to show?

I'm sure there is a quick way of sorting this but I can't work it out.

Would very much appreciate some kind advice! thanks.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
If you are sorting data which has multiple rows per 'record' and you want to keep the rows in each record together, you will need to add a sort key to each row indicating which record it belongs to and whether it's the first, second or third row of the record.

If that doesn't help, I think you need to show us the worksheet.
