sorting pivot table data

Hi there,

Does anyone know how I can get Excel to sort data when someone double clicks on one of the pivot table cells to see the detail behind that figure..I.E. When a new sheet is created have it sorted by a specific column already...I tried sorting the total data set that the pivot table is based on, but that didn't work...

Thanks in advance....
