Split a year range into one row per year

Hi all,
I am new on this forum. I have attached sample data, i need someone to help me convert the left side to how the data looks on the right.

Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Thank you Dante and Peter, i have tried tried the solution provided in post #17 and it did the work. I have tried it on all 1354 rows and no error occurred.
