Split tasks on To Do list into separate pages for printing

I make to do lists that have dynamic ranges of tasks on them. The tasks are in column A, so Task 1 is in cell A2, Task 2 is in cell A2 and so on. Sometimes I have 2 tasks and sometimes up to 15. Is it possible to give a print command for this worksheet that splits the tasks and puts each task on a separate page? And print only as many pages as there are tasks so I can give each page with a task to other people. Just for clarification, I am looking for prints on paper and not for splitting tasks on separate worksheets.
Also, i would like each page that is printed to have 2 empty textboxes with a title ("Remarks" and "Customer requests") so that people can write additional text in that textbox wit a pen.
Thanks in advance! I am on Excel 2010 and 2013.
