Splitting Data

I have cells which contain date and time (29/02/2012 11:12:40)

I need the date to remain and the time to be removed and placed in an adjacent cell

Anyone know of a quick method to do this?

You do Text to column with space. E.g. given below

Split names by using the Convert Text to Columns Wizard - Excel

The date column works fine but the time appears as 01/01/1900
