Hi All,

Using Microsoft 365.

Does anyone know how to insert a square bullet in a cell so that it is middle aligned?
I inserted a square bullet using Alt + [254]
But it is not quite middle aligned
I tried middle aligned on the Ribbon
I also tried Supercsript
Nothing looks quite right

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
For changing alignment to Middle align, select the cell and navigate to Home tab, and from Alignment group, click Middle Align. The alignment will be changed to middle.

Thanks Dante,

I tried that.
The screen shot above shows results after trying middle align.
The formatting did not give better alignment for the bullet.

Thanks

Works for me.
You tried making the row taller to check:

Thanks,

Appears slightly more aliged to bottom of the text.
I may have to go with it if I must have a square bullet.

Thanks,

Alt + [219]
Alt + [220]
Alt + [221]
Alt + [222]
Alt + [223]

Thanks,

Of those options, Alt [254] still looks the best

Possibly, but then how do I enter other text as Arial in the same cell?

Excuse my English. I will try to explain.
Select cell B3.
Change the font to Arial.
In cell B3, write this:
¡ test
Now select only the exclamation mark ¡

Change the font to Wingdings 2

I hope it helps.
