Standard size for buttons

Hi im in the process of creating custom buttons for my userforms , but Im not sure what is considered standard size for buttons ?

anyone have a good suggestion ?

Some monitors are set to large font, so the buttons look big,
some are hi-rez and buttons seem small.

Theres no best.
