Hi Excel Experts,

I hope this is acheviable, Let say i have a list of stock which is run off a system this would show the usual - Product code - Description - Qty - Use by Date

Then i have an order form.

This would be what i input my order in, from the information i put in the order form. Would i be able to run a macro to search the stock in the stock list - looking for the product codes that have been ordered and create an allocation sheet on a new sheet call pick list. This would take into consideration the Use by and obviously if the last pallet is ony going to have a few trays taken of it it would replace the qty to the number to be picked. Also on this return is the location so just to copy over the line will be fine

Massive macro but certainly a challenge. Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

kind Regards
