Sumif help

Hi Guys, im working on a database for my works units that we send to events, ive made a formula that works perfectly when looking at a certain location, where is the locations are represented by a number (ie. 1 is Australia 2 is United States and so forth), but id like to make an option to see all units in one poistion (ideally as number 0) anyone got any ideas
