hi

I have a date range in column A and I want to sum each of the values in H and I is the date in A matches Z so but my formula doesn't seem to like summing H and I. It work fine with one of the columns but not both. The formula I'm typing is =SUMIF(A:A,Z4,H:I).

Seems straight forward but i can't seem to get it to work. Could someone please advise?

Thanks in advance

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
It wont allow you to do that as you have found. You could do:

=SUM(SUMIF(A:A,Z4,H:H),SUMIF(A:A,Z4,I:I))
