Sumifs with Date

Hello Excel Guru-

I want the sum of all the lines for project "AAA", account "11111111" for the month of February (02.28.2011). In the below given table it will be $2,500.00 but I have a big file so how can I calculate that?

I tired using Sumifs with Eomonth that gives the last day of the month but that didn't work.:confused:

Is there any other formulae that I can use?

SUMIFS will work like this...

Use cells to hold the criteria:
  • F2 = 2/1/2011
  • G2 = 2/28/2011
  • H2 = AAA
  • I2 = 11111111
Then:

=SUMIFS(D2:D7,A2:A7,">="&F2,A2:A7,"<="&G2,B2:B7,H2,C2:C7,I2)
