I am interested in using Sumifs function on blank criterion. i.e. =SUMIFS(F10:F66,D10:D66,"MANUAL ADJUSTMENT (SET)"+SUMIFS(F10:F66,D10:D66,"BLANK CELL")). Thank you in advance

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Sort by date Sort by votes
If you want to test for blanks, just use back to back quotations with nothing between them.

The formula you posted won't work, maybe

=SUMIFS(F10:F66,D10:D66,"MANUAL ADJUSTMENT (SET)")+SUMIFS(F10:F66,D10:D66,"")
