time difference excluding weekend

Hi,

I have a huge data with date and time between 1activity and the other. I am searching for a formula to find out the "hour, Minutes and Seconds" difference excluding weekends(Saturday and Sunday)

1st Activity	2nd Activity	Time Difference
09-30-17 22:54	10-01-17 08:21
09-23-17 00:42	09-23-17 19:37
