time format question

I want to be able to type 1310 and have it recognize it as 1:10pm. but not have to enter the : when putting in the value. basically so it still shows as a time but I don't have to type the : when typing the numbers.

what format would I use?

Under custom format, enter hhmm

hhmm gives me 1551 not 3:51 pm alike I want (for the displayed values)
