Above is week two of a time-sheet. I need the bottom to take anything over 40 hours and move it into the Overtime column. So I think I need a formula for both columns I've tried some, searched a lot but can't quite figure out what to do. Any help would be appreciated, THANK YOU!

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
I am thinking my Reg column needs to be something like IF A1:A7 is >40 put 40 in the cell. if <40 put the amount.

On OT it needs to be something like IF z1:z7 is greater than 40 total amount - 40 plus OT columns B1:B7

:(
