Toggle between Tabs

Hello

I have a workbook where cell D1 has the word Budget in it. This brings back numbers from the budget tab into the main tab.. If cell D1 is blank them it pulls info from another tab. Is there a way to toggle between having the word in cell D1 and it being blank without having to type or delete the word.

You can change D1 to a data validation cell and list only the values you allow, ie blank or Budget.
