Track Changes query

I am currently tracking changes in a workbook which is shared. I would like to see who has changed what and when. I am having the trouble of 'employee' apprearing in the changes box where i would like the actucal user name to apprear.

Can anyone help with this?

Hi Paul

I believe it uses the Application username as given in Tools>Options>General tab. This is user-definable, so you would have to get everyone to change their usernames and then make sure they don't amend it to something else!
