Transposing Data

Hey Guys I am trying to work out how to transpose some data the first spreadsheet is the data.

I need it to look like this below

Where the columns E to N make the rows down and then I need the data from columns A and B to be on the corresponding rows of data. Leaving out the blanks.

Excel Facts

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Bring your table into Power Query (Get and Transform Data found on the Data Tab). Delete Columns C & D. Click on Transform and highlight first two columns. Select Unpivot and Unpivot other columns.
Home-->Close and Load. Select where you want the transformed data.
