Hello,

I am trying to create a macro tool based on the report which should be uploaded into excel sheet from text file.
The problem is that each report uploades into different cells. I have two copies of reports from two months. They are the same in layout. Despite that they load differently. Why is that? Do you happen to know any way to upload the two enclosed reports into precisely the same cells?

I am working on Excel 2013. The method I use is Menu>Data>From Text. In the first report account numbers (NOSTRO 800691374) loads into cell C6 while the other, even though its layout in precisely the same, splits this piece of info (NOSTRO 800781304) into two cells.
The report files are attached below.

Thank you for any help

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
