I have a user form where a date is placed in a box.
Is there a way to make what ever is typed in the user box to format the values as a date (like this "01/01/2020" ) after typing a value in the box this would make what ever is typed to format as the date and if unable to get the format pop up and error message box "this is not the correct date format "DD/MM/YYYY"

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Or even just the popup stating wrong format
