I want to use the built in user form in 2010 version. My spreadsheet headers go through the alphabet about twice. Does this exceed the limit ?

aunfortunately I am not able to build a custom form on this project. Thanks

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
HI JSH720
It appears that their is a limit to 32 fields, you can create a form with many more fields, but 32 is the limit for inbuilt

Can you combine some of you fields to less than 32, then you could still use the inbuilt form

Thanks, I was afraid of that. I am not allowed to change anything on this monster spreadsheet, unfortunately. Not even allowed to filter or use split screen.

I think that I will duplicate it, (will have to do it manually - no macros, no links allowed. and then create my own user form and use some macros etc to make it easier to use.

Thanks again.
